1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. The available shipping methods are:

3. Domestic Shipping
We ship to all states and territories within the country. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may require an additional 1–2 business days.
Note: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes via express or overnight methods. Please select Standard Shipping for PO Box addresses.
4. International Shipping
We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active. You can track your order at any time through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.
6. Delays & Lost Packages
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
If your package has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. For packages showing as delivered but not received, please report the issue within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
8. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Perishable goods
