Welcome to Loves of India. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Payment Terms
- Standard Orders:
- 50% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation
- Remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch
- White Label / Private Label Orders:
- 70% advance payment is required
- Remaining 30% must be cleared before dispatch
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Once an order is confirmed and payment is received (partial or full), it cannot be cancelled
- All payments made are non-refundable, regardless of order status or client-side changes
3. Product Return Policy
- No returns will be accepted after dispatch
- All B2B transactions are final
- Clients are advised to verify all specifications before placing orders
4. Samples
- Samples are available upon request, subject to availability
- All shipping and handling charges for samples must be borne by the client
5. Lab Testing
- Any lab testing, certification, or third-party verification requested by the client will be at the client’s expense
- Loves of India will provide necessary product details but is not responsible for external testing results or delays
6. Order Fulfillment & Delivery
- Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation
- We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics issues, natural events, supplier disruptions, or other force majeure circumstances
7. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited strictly to the value of goods mentioned in the invoice
- Loves of India is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
